23/09/09 - We have a new member of the team - an Ayrshire bull calf. This is exciting news after the loss of 'Boeing'. He is named Texas Red because I have a longing for a Texas Longhorn ox but am unlikely to ever get one - Tex has unusual markings, including a 'lone star' on his forehead! 09/09/09 - Our Friend Anne Witalfsky of 'Kuhschule' in Switzerland has been featured on European television!
